Neuroventi Co., Ltd. was awarded a certificate of commendation at the ‘2021 Health Industry Performance Exchange Conference’ held at Dragon City, Seoul (Yongsan-gu, Seoul) for two days from November 23 (Tue) to 24 (Wed).


About 1,000 people involved in the health industry, including First Vice Minister of Health and Welfare Yang Seong-il, Korea Health Industry Development Institute Director Kwon Soon-man, officials from the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Korea Health Industry Development Institute, and experts from various fields at companies, research institutes, and hospitals, participated in the performance exchange meeting, which celebrated its 7th this year. Neuroventi Co., Ltd. was awarded a citation in recognition of its contribution to the promotion of health care technology commercialization and the growth of the health industry.

'NeuroVenti' ("Company") places great importance on customers' personal information and wants to let customers know that it complies with the personal information protection regulations in the relevant law such as Personal Information Protection Act, Telecommunications Business Act, Protection of Communications Secrets Act based on Korean laws as well as how and for what purpose the personal information provided by customers is used and what measures are being taken to protect personal information through Company's policy on personal information handling

1. Personal lnformation Items to be Collected
Company collects and stores minimum and necessary information for providing its services to the member. The described information is collected in the following situations below.

- Information: Name, e-mail address, phone number
- collection method : Web site

2. Personal lnformation Collection and lts Purpose
Company collects personal information for the following purpose, and all personal information will only be collected with your consent.
-To make inquiries and responses in respect of contract execution and service provision.

3. Retention of Personal lnformation and Period of Its Use
After collecting personal information and achieving the purpose of its use, without exceptions, Company destroys the information immediately. For the following information only, however, Company retains them for the indicated period for the following reasons
- When the answer was completed

In principle, Company does not provide the personal information of users to the outside except in cases where the user has consent or is subject to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations. Note, however, that the following cases are exceptions.
- When the user agreed in advance
- When delivering sample collection kit
* Name of delivery service company: Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc
-If there is a request in accordance with the provisions of the law or the procedure and method prescribed by the law for the purpose of investigation
-If it is necessary for statistics, academic research, or market research and only when if it is provided in a form that cannot be identified

5. Destruction Process and Method of Personal Information
In principle, after collecting personal information and achieving the purpose of its use, Company destroys the information immediately without exceptions. The destruction process and method are as follows

The information inputted by the user for membership, etc, shall be moved to a separate DB (in case of paper, separate document file) after the purpose of its use is achieved. It shall be destroyed after being retained for a certain period according to Company's internal policy and the reason for information protection based on the relevant laws (refer to Retention of Personal lnformation and Period of its Use")
2) Destruction Method Personal information printed out in paper shall be shredded by the shredder or incinerated. Personal information saved in electronic file form shall be deleted by a technical method that renders the records irreproducible.

6. Technical/Managerial Protection Measure for Personal Information
Company considers the following technical/managerial measures for securing safety to prevent loss, theft, leak, falsification or damage when handling personal information

7. Regarding the Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Collection Device of Personal Information
Company operates "cookies," which frequently save and find the information of the user. A cookie is a small text file sent by the server operating the website to the browser of the user and is saved on hard disk. Company uses cookies for the following purposes

- In order to provide personalized services on your next visit, Company tracks the information on the web pages that you visit and browse with interest
- Cookies are used as resources to provide differentiated opportunities for participating in Company's events based onyour number of visits and to provide differentiated information according to individual interests.

8. Customer Complaint Handling Service Regarding Personal Information
Company has designated the following department and person in charge of personal information management to protect the personal information of customers and to handle complaints regarding personal information.
You may report all complaints related to personal information from your use of our services to the personal information management manager or department. Company will respond promptly and adequately to your complaints. If you need to report or consult about other privacy infringement, please contact the following organizations.
